Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Engagement

By engaging ENVI Interior Design Studio LLC for a consultation or project, you agree to these terms. Our studio provides artistic design concepts, material sourcing, and project coordination. We do not provide licensed structural engineering or architectural services unless specified in writing.

2. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and renderings created by ENVI Interior Design Studio LLC remain the sole property of the studio. Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the designs exclusively for the specified property project.

3. Third-Party Vendors

While ENVI Interior Design Studio LLC may recommend contractors or artisans, all such parties are independent. The studio is not liable for the performance, delays, or quality of work provided by third-party contractors or furniture manufacturers.

4. Payment & Retainers

Professional design fees and retainers are non-refundable. All balances for custom furniture or materials sourced through ENVI Interior Design Studio LLC must be paid in full before orders are finalized with vendors.

5. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Gallatin County, MT.
